Carmo Convent

The Convent of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (portuguese name Convento da Ordem do Carmo)

is a portuguese historical and religious building in Lisbon. The medieval convent was ruined

during of the 1755 Lisbon earthquake, and destroyed Gothic Church of Our Lady of Carmel

(portuguese name Igreja do Carmo).
